Lifeline

Our Emergency Panic Alarm system is a telephone linked support service. It is designed to provide a safer lifestyle and sustained independence to the client, whilst bringing peace of mind for the client, their relatives and carers.

Lifeline clients are supplied with either a neck pendant or wristband, with a panic button linked via their telephone to the Control Centre. By pressing the button, clients can summon help with ease. This service is ideal for people at risk of falling or with long term conditions such as epilepsy and Parkinson’s.

We can provide client’s with a fall detector which is also worn as a pendant or on the wrist, so that the Control Centre is alerted in the event of a serious fall. For a small charge, we can also organise for key safes to be fitted in order for carers to gain access if required.
