Support One Community

Donations provide us with further resources to fulfil our community mission – to improve the health and wellbeing of our residents, with services to help them live independently.

You can donate to One Community via text, phone call, cash or cheque. Whichever way you choose to support us, it is greatly appreciated. If you are a UK tax payer, please tick the box for Gift Aid, to make your donation go even further.

All contributions make a big difference, and here are just a few examples of services your donation could help provide:

  • £10 – £15: An activity at our Day Centre. A full day costs £60.

  • £25: Installing a new lifeline.

  • £50: A coffee morning for Carers.

You can also donate a larger sum towards a bigger cost like a new minibus. Just one seat on a new bus costs £5,000!

Simply text the word 1COMM, followed by the amount you want to donate, to 70085.
For example: to donate £20, please text 1COMM20 to 70085.

Donate by phone
Call us on 023 8090 2400, and one of our friendly team will be glad to take a card payment donation over the phone.

Donate by cash or cheque
You’ll be met with a warm welcome at our office in central Eastleigh, which is open Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. We can accept both cash and cheques. Cheques should be made payable to One Community.

Legacy
Charitable bequests provide us with precious funds that help us deliver a broad range of service to our community. If you are considering naming One Community in your will, please contact us.

Fundraising

We are constantly looking for opportunities to raise funds for our project, to enable us to continue to support our young people in the best ways possible. This includes applying for grants big and small, hosting fundraising events and supporting those who wish to fundraise for us. If you know of a funding opportunity or would like to do some fundraising for us, contact us.
