One Community Eastleigh is seeking a committed, enthusiastic, and flexible Youth Support Worker to join our forward-thinking Young Carers Project team. This rewarding role is essential in helping young carers (aged 8–18) access fun, supportive, and inclusive experiences through our term-time clubs and holiday activities programme.
What you’ll do:
- Support the delivery of clubs and activities for young carers
- Engage with young people to build trust, confidence, and positive relationships
- Work across a variety of settings to deliver safe, enjoyable, and meaningful sessions

One Community is an independent charity which provides care services, information and community transport in the borough of Eastleigh. Our aim is to improve the quality of life for the people we serve through the work of our services and various projects we operate.

One Community is looking for a personable, experienced individual to work as a part of our Communication Hub, processing all incoming enquiries to the charity.
The role will be 3 days per week, working 7.30am to 3.30pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break.

What you’ll do:
Work within the Communication Hub at One Community amongst a small team of call handlers, dealing with phone calls, emails, web forms and face-to-face enquiries.
