We seek to improve the health and wellbeing of our community by providing services that help you live independently. Proudly serving the Eastleigh Borough community for 40 years, we evolve as you do to ensure you always have the support you need, when you need it.

Our Services

By immersing ourselves in our wonderful community and taking time to understand residents’ needs, we’re able to provide essential support services including:

Transport

Friendly transport for shopping, appointments, and seeing friends – we’ll get you there with care.

Young Carers

Our Eastleigh Young Carers Project offers flexible support for any young person aged 8 to 18 in the Eastleigh Borough

Options Care & Day Service

We provide information, support and care services to those who need a helping hand, we hope to nurture feelings of confidence, companionship and comfort.

Lifeline

Our Emergency Panic Alarm system is a telephone linked support service. It is designed to provide a safer lifestyle and sustained independence to the client, whilst bringing peace of mind for the client, their relatives and carers.

Membership

One Community offers membership to Not for Profit and Voluntary Organisations working in and around the Borough of Eastleigh.

Shopmobility

We have a range of powered and manual wheelchairs and scooters available for hire, to help you explore the town with confidence.
