LifeLine helped.

by Jenni Bevis-Lacey

Panic Alarm (Lifeline)

Last week our LifeLine department got a call from the son of one of our clients. He thanked us warmly for the service that we had provided for his Mum who was in her 90’s.

On the day she passed away she had activated her pendant after becoming ill and falling, the ambulance service arrived and were able to gain entry via the key safe. Her son arrived and was able to talk to her and follow the ambulance to the hospital.

She knew he was there and he is so grateful that she had the LifeLine service as otherwise she may not have been found until the next day. Sadly, she passed away not long after arriving at the hospital.

We were all sad to hear this news, but pleased she had a Lifeline that summonsed help for her.

We all send our condolences to the family at this time of loss.
