One Community is committed to promoting and maintaining the independence of vulnerable people in our community. Our range of information, support and care services supports those who may need a helping hand in their day-to-day lives.

Helping to keep you & your loved ones independent in their own home. We offer a range of services available either through our Adult Services contracts with Hampshire County Council or privately at reasonable fees.

All are of a high quality and regulated either by Care Quality Commission (CQC) or our contract monitoring.
