One Community manage the day to day running of Eastleigh Museum in an innovative partnership between Hampshire Cultural Trust, Eastleigh Borough Council and One Community to preserve the museum and its record of Eastleigh’s heritage establishing the museum as a hub of community life.
Visitors can enjoy visiting the museum to see the exhibits, relax over refreshments in the cafe and browse through a unique selection of goods in the shop, but will also have direct access to One Community information and support. Community Engagement Assistants are based in the museum to answer questions about One Community or signpost people to other community services. Our team also act as a Hate Crime Reporting Centre, see Hate Crime Reporting for more details, link. Free use of a computer & guidance on form filling is available.
Cost: Admission to the museum is FREE
Opening hours are 10.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday, 10.00 am to 2.00 pm on Saturdays
