Our One Community Information and Support (OCIS) and Adult Carers services have been making a profound difference to people’s lives for many years across the borough of Eastleigh. Both were once fully funded and staffed, and both in recent times have been running at a low level to maintain a service to those most in need for as long as we could manage it from our own resources.
With great sadness, in light of budget cuts, we have had to accept that this is no longer sustainable into the coming financial year. [Read more…]

One Community has been running a Visiting Scheme since 2015 in Eastleigh and Fareham, where volunteers are recruited to visit isolated older people, and people who find it difficult to get out, to provide them with companionship. [Read more…]
